Janta Pustakalay, Naromurar Janta Pustakalay, Naromurar was established in the year of 1956 AD by Shree Sahdev Singh, the Gram Panchayat Mukhiya Naromurar, which was inaugurated by then the Lalit Narayan Mishra, Union Cabinet Minister, Govt of India.Janta Pustakalay building was constructed beside the Older Naromurar Gram Panchayat Bhawan, It consists of a Reading room hall and an Office, a circular flag foundation is also located in the center of the library premises to hoist the tricolor. The library remained center of knowledge for more than 40 years, due to neglect, ill interest and bad maintenance the building condition deteriorated and the library was abandoned, in last 10 years the Janta Pustakalay reduced to a mere damaged building with Janta Pustakalay Ested 1956 engraved over it.

To revive the Janta Pustakalay and restore its glory, on 11th November 2015, on the auspicious day of Diwali, a library is re opened in the abandoned Hospital building of the village by the initiative of Naromurar Sevak Sangh. In the initial phase more than 200 books been donated and nearly 300 books purchased for the library. Library remains open throughout the day for all the villagers. Books are available for all the age group people starting from the Rigveda to Manohar Pothi and from Pratiyogita Darpan to Suman Saurabh.
Our long term plan is to revive the Janta Pustakalay and restore its glory as the center of knowledge for the village.
