Shree Sahdev Singh
Shree Sahdev Singh served as Mukhiya of Naromurar Gram Panchayat and/or Pramukh of Warisaliganj Panchayar Samiti from 1952 AD to 1975 AD. Exact tenure as Mukhiya and Pramukh are not known. Warisaliganj administrative region was under Gaya district, Nawada District was created in the year of 1976, followed by the creation of Magadh Division in the May 1981 by the Government of Bihar. His tenure was the golden period for the village. Panchayat Bhawan, Janta Pustakalay, Post office, Road and many other amenities and services been provided to the village. During his tenure Naromurar been in touch with Shree Lalit Narayan Mishra, Indian Railway Minister 1973-1975, Shree Kedar Pandey, Chief Minister of Bihar 1972-1973 and many other leaders of Central Government and State Government.His achievement was that he didn't earn a single penny for himself during his service to the village. He passed away on 11th Oct 1975.To respect him, on 12th June 1989, the Villagers also formed a "Shree Sahdev Singh Yuva Club" to serve the village.
Shree Ramuchit Das
Shree Ramuchit Das, was from Kumar Village and served as the third Mahanth of Naromurar Thakurwadi, after Shree Ganga Das and Shree Jaymangal Das. He served for nearly 15 years from 1960 to 1975, his exact tenure as Mahanth of the Thakurwadi is not known. He is known for reviving the Thakurwadi Building, Planting the Mangoes garden, Gooseberry(Awala) trees and many other in the premises of Thakuwadi. Several traditional well built during his tenure for Garden watering purposes can be seen in the premises today as well.
Shree Udayshankar Singh
Shree Udayshankar Singh served as Pramukh, Warisaliganj Panchayat Samiti from 2001 AD to 2002 AD. Government of India suspended Panchayati Raj system in the year of 1978, there were no Panchayati Raj election from 1978 to 2001 in the state of Bihar due to the same. On 24 April 1993, the Constitutional (73rd Amendment) Act 1992 came into force to provide constitutional status to the Panchayati Raj institutions. In 2001 Bihar Panchayati Raj election, Shree Udayshankar Singh been elected as Pramukh, Warisaliganj Panchayat Samiti. Construction of Naromurar Hospital, Revival of PWD to Naromurar Road, and many public welfare works initiated during his first year of tenure, unfortunately he passed away on 16th April 2002 AD. He served as Pramukh, Warisaliganj Panchayat Samity from 2001 to 2002 AD.
Shree Gaurishankar Singh
Born on 01 Jan 1966, Son of Shree Ramashish Singh, Shree Gaurishankar Singh did PG in Political Science. In 2011, He was elected as Sarpanch, representing Kutari Gram Panchayat. He was a social reformer and served the village selflessly for many years, Swachh Naromurar was his priority. Unfortunately during his service as Sarpanch, on 21st November 2014, he came under a tractor trolley while he was trying to free the trolley stuck in the mud. He passed away on 21st November 2014.
